Thank you for your inquiry regarding Bonita Point condos in Panama City Beach. The building association fee is $115.00 monthly and includes outside building maintenance, insurance, flood insurance, water, sewer and trash. There is an additional master association fee of $85.00 per month which includes all grounds & pool, insurance on common grounds and club house. Slips are rented from the HOA at $9.00 per foot and can accommodate a maximum vessel of 31 Ft / 12,000 lbs. Let me know if you need additional information.

We recently purchased one of the Condos at Bonita Point. We were charged the HOA and the COA fees for the owner before we purchased. He was behind 6 months so the Director is trying to make us pay the previous owners fees. Our condo fees are much higher than we were told. The HOA fees are $591.00 and the COA fees are $375.00. Our condo is not even on the beach and you can’t see the beach. I ask for the Budget and found a lot of questions should be ask. How can I find the names of all the condo owners and the names of the directors on the board? Someone needs to look into the budget and finances of the associations.
