Hello, I love the portside community and am looking to purchase in PBC. We are trying to decide between a condo and a single family. We are from out of state and now spend our winters there. Can you share with us the average condo fee and any other yearly fees. Thank you for your help, Maria Hopkins
Hi Maria,
Association fees are $305 per month and include cable, trash, pest control, common element maintenance and insurance. There is a one time special assessment in 2015 of $600 for painting and stucco work that is being paid for in 12 monthly installments to make the total monthly fee $355.
