Forty-five years ago after attending UCLA on a scholarship, I returned to my hometown in Ohio and married my high school sweetheart, Brett.  We have one married son, and an amazing grandson! I enjoyed 17 successful years in the challenging commercial and industrial construction field as a craftsman, foreman and project manager leading projects for companies such as Coca Cola, Abbott Laboratories, Dupont, Anheuser Busch, GE, Dow Chemical, and Borden while living in Reynoldsburg, Gahanna, and Granville, Ohio.

My motto has always been, “envision the life you desire…then make it happen”. After vacationing all over the world, in 2002 we realized that the Emerald Coast was our favorite place. This realization cemented our decision to uproot our family and move to the beach! One of the best decisions that we have ever made.

Helping others realize their dream of a home at the beach became my mission and calling. In 2002 I joined Edgewater Beach Realty, Inc. as an onsite condo specialist at Edgewater Beach Resort, Long Beach Resort, EnSoleil, and Marina Landing.  My focus on helping others find their place in paradise led to being the Top Realtor in 2004 with sales of $30 million as well as 2005 with sales of $25 million.

In 2005 I was recruited to join Playground Destination Properties Inc. at The Towne of Seahaven. Playground is the premier provider of real estate sales and marketing services for destinations world-wide with offices spanning the globe.  Playground’s mission was “connecting people with the ultimate places to play”.

As Director of Sales and Broker for Seahaven Beach Realty I was responsible for closing in excess of $59 million in Origin at Seahaven in 2007-2008. In 2011, I facilitated the $14M sale of 117 remaining condos in Origin to a bulk investor.

With plans for The Towne of Seahaven on hold due to a downturn in the economy, I realized my dream of starting my own real estate brokerage, PROperty Connections Boutique in June 2011. Since 2011, my business has focused primarily on repeat and referral business from my 23 years of former customers, and their friends, family, and business associates.

PROperty Connections Boutique provides a full range of real estate services to buyers and sellers in Panama City Beach, and along 30-A to Destin.
