     Hi Debra,

     Yes, Peachtree Place A303 has been on the market 5 days and is still available. HOA’s are $1273 per quarter and cover water, sewer, trash, pest control, common element maintenance, reserves, and insurance. You pay separately metered electric, phone, contents insurance, and taxes which were $1121.51 for 2015.

     As for recent comps…B304 which is farther from the beach and didn’t have the updates, sold for $155,000 on 10/01/2015. A303 is a much better value. Here is a link to the full MLS information sheet so you can compare.
