What are the HOA fees at Nautical Watch and what do they include?

Thank you for your inquiry regarding Nautical Watch. HOA’s for Phase II (all non-Gulf front buildings C-F) are $1122.85 per quarter. That includes water, sewer, cable, trash, pest control, replacement reserves, common element maintenance and insurance. Association documents can be viewed here. You may contact Burg Management directly with any questions at 850-235-1008.
Nautical Watch is one of only a handful of PCB condos that has Fannie 30 year fixed rate conventional financing available with low down payments. Let me know if you need additional information or if there is anything I can do to assist with your property search.
